- Flame-Hardened Grooves:The rope grooves undergo specialized heat treatment (up to 350-400 HB) to resist abrasive wear and prevent “corrugation,” significantly extending the life of both the sheave and the wire rope.
- Optimized Groove Geometry: Precision CNC-machined to international standards (ISO/DIN), ensuring the correct radius (r) and seat angle to prevent rope flattening or pinching.

- Cast/Forged Steel:High-strength options for extreme load-bearing applications in steel mills.
- Nylon / MC Nylon:Lightweight, self-lubricating options that reduce the dead weight of the Hook Block and provide the gentlest contact surface for wire ropes.
